The BNC has
partnered with CTA Architects Engineers of Billings to support our 5-year
feasibility and master planning effort. Eirik Heikes, ASLA with CTA Architects Engineers has built a team
consisting of Architects, Land Planners, Engineers and Environmental
Specialists to work alongside Dan Hunt from
The CTA team
will provide the initial planning and feasibility studies to construct the
Master Plan for relocation. In keeping
with the core values of the BNC, CTA will be focusing on sustainable design
elements that can be incorporated into the Master Plan. The team plans to be working closely with
Janice Brown of the Yellowstone Business Partnership and will be considering
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating
System ™ Certification as part of its planning efforts. The BNC Master Plan will assist the Steering
Committee and grant writers during their capital campaign raising funds from
public and private donations.
